The Klan Spiral Staircase represents superb value for money, combining the steel colours in, black (RAL 9017), white (RAL 9010) and metallic grey (RAL 9006) with polished beech wood treads with a light walnut or dark walnut hard waring wood finish.

The handrail has a bendable aluminium centre core and 'soft touch' PVC in a good quality wood effect finish to match the treads.
Accessory components are black for the black Klan spiral staircase and grey for the grey and white Klan spiral staircase.

The Klan Spiral Staircase is supplied with a landing that needs to be cut to the right size when assembling, to allow installation into any shape ceiling opening or to a mezzanine

The versatility of this staircase kit means that a clockwise or anticlockwise winding direction of the Klan spiral staircase may be selected during assembly.

The diameters of the Klan Spiral Staircase are 120, 140 and 160 cm; The Klan Spiral Staircase is available as a special order item 150 cm diameter to fully comply with BS5395 Part 2 Cat A for accessing a loft conversion of a single room plus en suite. the Klan Spiral Staircase height can vary from 253 to 306 cm.

A riser bar kit is available to enable the Klan Spiral Staircase to conform with the building regulations 100mm sphere rule. (1400,1500 and 1600 versions)

Klan Spiral Staircase Basic kit consists of;

12 treads and 1 landing platform, steel supporting structure and railing to the outside of the staircase and for the landing platform to the edge of the ceiling opening.

Buying some of the available Klan Spiral Staircase accessories enables adjustability of the height of the spiral staircase from a minimum of 210cm to a maximum of 377cm. With the purchase of one or more additional treads you can reach a height of 377 cm.
Additional landing balustrades, 120 cm long, are available on request.
