TWHC have been delivering staircase solutions with Essegi since 2002 and we can confidently claim to provide the perfect integrated solution. From enquiry to installation. Essegi have been supplying staircases from their production facility in Novi di Modena since 1995, building on the founder's 40 years experience in the staircase manufacturing industry and delivering the very best of contemporay 'Italian design' staircases throughout Europe. Maintaining their handbuilt craftsmanship skills and introducing the up-dated technology and also selecting from the best quality traditional and moder materials have allowed Essegi Scale srl to satisfy in the every need of customers, offering an exciting range of standardised staircases for a varity of applications and providing a custom staircase design and build service to produce bespoke, exclusive design and construction solutions for domestic and commecial applications. Essegi staircases are manufactured choosing from materials including steel, iron, stainless steel, wood, glass, plexiglas and other plastic materials. Utilising laser cutting and CNC machines in order to obtain the desired shapes and designs. Planning, Design and Pre-Sales Service Technical staff at TWHC are available for taking measures directly on site where the stair will be installed. TWHC staff then co-ordinate with the technical staff at Essegi who can design the staircase taking into account the customer requirements. The stairs are designed and adapted to the customer requirements using sophisticated software that allows you to customize each design and obtain a drawing that best represents the finished stair with the materials used such as stainless steel, iron, wood, glass, plexiglas. Some designs can be produced in three dimensions to help the customer with visualisation of the new staircase.  Above design shows the model 'Beautiful' Manufacture   Once the drawings have been signed off by the customer your staircase is manufactured by the Essegi Production Department. Every detail is carefully controlled and the stair is preassembled in the factory, this in order to have an easier and quicker assembly on site. The staircase is then delivered iether direct to customer for self assembly or by assembly by TWHC. Assembly   TWHC provide qualified fitters ready to assemble the staircase on the site anywhere in the UK or abroad. For larger projects an team can be assembled using staff from TWHC and additional specialist staff from Essegi. The installation performed by our fitters ensure a unique final result that has allowed to many of our customers to say that their ESSEGI staircase is a real masterpiece which greatly contributes to enrich the architecture and design of the property.
